An Air India flight bound for Kochi from New Delhi was forced to make a emergency landing after the crew suspected smoke on board. The flight that was carring 100 passengers made a stopover after smoke detectors in the cockpit indicated smoke in the plane’s cargo hold.However, inspections post the emergency stopover revealed it was a false alarm.
